Delivery Costs & Times
Flat Rate: For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $25 applies.
Our team dispatches orders Monday through Friday, 8am – 4pm, with delivery typically within 1-3 business days to most locations, and up to 5-8 business days for more remote areas. For metro areas like Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, orders often arrive overnight, though delivery times may vary slightly.

If you have not received your items within 4 business days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection. Please check your spam box for any notification emails from us.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local depot.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This is our signal to get things moving! If we encounter any backorders or availability issues, we’ll reach out via email (and a follow-up phone call if needed). Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Once shipped, your tracking details will arrive in your inbox. Our couriers collect daily around 4-4:30 pm.
