FEATURES
• MCP2IS is a unique product within Garlands MCP product portfolio.
• This is a 7/0.25 mm conductor rather than the standard 7/0.20 mm and each pair is individually screened with two individual drain wires.
• There is no overall screen, just an overall PVC jacket.

• This product fulfils demand for a number of applications. It can be used as a standard RS-422 product to interconnect computer DTE devices such as printers, scanners, faxes and modems.

• It can be used as a security cable to connect sensors, motion detectors, IR detectors, reed switches, alarm relays, sound sensors and key pads to alarm control units.

• It can also be used in intercom and access control systems where a 2 pair cable is required to connect remote devices to the main control panel.

• Finally, it can also be used as a microphone or line level cable in an audio installation.
